Fakturoid is a module of our internal information system IBIS, which monitors the correct operation of our company. This software takes care of the management of projects and tasks, where it monitors compliance with the set workflow and enables easy creation and management of orders and reporting of work.
This system provides project managers with an overview of the status of all current projects and allows them to quickly and efficiently monitor the use of budgets. A calculator for preparing budgets for individual projects is also included. The process is thus very efficient. The project manager will only determine the number of involvement of individual people and the system will automatically create the calculation and order for the client.
Thanks to the connection with the project management tool (Jira), it was possible to streamline the preparation of work reports from several hours per month to literally a few clicks. This significantly made the work of project managers more efficient and facilitated project management.
The process of approving orders and statements by the client is also a matter of course, which is automatically monitored and reminded. The project manager can thus fully devote himself to project management instead of writing urgent matters.
